The staff were very friendly and cute throughout our stay.
The location was annoyingly far from attractions, requiring expensive taxi rides. The pool was ice cold and unusable for my children, a huge disappointment. Lastly, the lack of air conditioning in the living room made sleeping uncomfortable due to the heat.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met expectation, recommend it. Had relaxing stay for these holidays, the staff where OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING, location was easy to most places. The room was a decent size with new sheets or towels, the bedroom, for instance, had the best night sleep.

The bungalows are super clean and spacious, perfect for chillin out. Loved the big patio area, great for hangin out. Breakfast was decent, espec for the price. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Pool area was amazing, plenty of loungers and a great vibe around.
Only thing is the location is a bit far from the beach, gotta take taxis a lot. The air con only works in the bedroom, should be in the living area too.

Everything was simply spotless. It was an excellant 3-star hotel, met requirements. We were offered incredibly nice breakfast options with fish.

great access to parks and landmarks within walking distance
during my stay, I loved walking to the nearby Monumento de Cristobal Colon, just a short stroll away, and visiting the beautiful Botanical Park of Maspalomas, almost 2 km from the hotel and perfect for leisurely afternoons wandering amid nature.

The bungalows are immaculate, and the reception staff are really good! The pool area is a relaxing haven with plenty of sun loungers. And the shuttle service was a nice touch for easy beach access.
It would be great if they could improve the breakfast options. They felt a bit standard for my taste.
